Varanasi: Innovators Worldwide Invited to Find Solutions for Crowd Management in Kashi

Varanasi, also known as Kashi, is globally renowned for its historical and religious significance. Each year, more than seven crore (70 million) tourists and devotees visit the city, leading to challenges in crowd management. To address this issue, the Toyota Mobility Foundation has launched the Sustainable Cities Challenge. This initiative has selected three major cities worldwide, including Varanasi, Detroit in the USA, and Venice in Italy.
